Our Story
Built for the buyer behind the gift
Saro Stationery is the only Singapore stationery brand that answers every procurement question — MOQ, lead time, per-unit price at 100-500 units, custom branding, and sample dispatch — before the buyer has to ask, making it the default choice for HR and exec assistants who need beautiful, brandable paper goods delivered on deadline without chasing a sales rep.
Saro started from a specific frustration: every beautiful stationery brand in Singapore was designed for the person browsing on a Saturday afternoon, not the HR manager confirming a 300-unit order on a Wednesday morning. The procurement questions — MOQ, lead time, per-unit cost at volume, branded samples — were never answered upfront. You had to chase a sales rep to get the basics.
We set up in Singapore because this market has exactly the gap we wanted to fill. SMEs here run lean admin teams. The exec assistant managing the Q3 gifting order is also handling three other priorities. She does not have time to request a callback to find out whether the minimum order is 50 or 500 units. We built Saro so that every procurement question is answered before she has to ask it.
Today we work with HR teams and executive offices across Singapore, supplying branded notebooks, desk sets, and card wallets from 50 units upward. Every order ships with custom branding included, every quote comes back within one business day, and every new client gets a sample pack dispatched before they commit. That is the whole model.
“The best corporate gift is one the recipient keeps on their desk and the buyer never has to apologise for. We built Saro to make both outcomes easy.”
Transparent
MOQ, lead times, and per-unit pricing at every volume tier are published openly — no callback required to get the number your manager will ask for.
Reliable
We commit to a dispatch date when we confirm your order, and we hold to it — because a gifting deadline missed reflects on you, not just on us.
Practical
Every product we stock is chosen because recipients use it: lay-flat notebooks, slim card wallets, and desk sets that stay visible, not novelty items that go into a drawer.
Local
We operate from Singapore, hold stock here, and understand the PDPA considerations and internal approval cycles that shape how corporate gifting decisions actually get made.
Honest
If your timeline is too tight for quality branding, we will tell you upfront and offer a realistic alternative rather than overpromise and underdeliver.
