Every Saro engagement follows the same logic: you tell us your headcount, budget per head, and event date; we handle branding, packaging, and dispatch. Here is how the tiers and process work.
Tier 1
For teams ordering 50-99 branded gifts with a single SKU and standard packaging.
From S$22 per unit
Tier 2
For HR teams ordering 100-499 units with custom branding and executive-ready gift boxes.
From S$14 per unit
Tier 3
For annual gifting programmes or orders of 500 or more units requiring a dedicated account manager.

How we work
You submit your headcount, event date, budget per head, and logo file — we respond within one business day with a written quote covering MOQ, per-unit price, and lead time.
We send a branded sample pack to your Singapore office within 3 working days so you can approve the finish before committing to the full order.
Our in-house team prepares a digital proof of your logo placement; you approve or request one round of revisions before production begins.
Once artwork is approved, your order enters production — 7 working days standard, 4 days express — with branding applied in our Singapore facility.
Fully assembled and packaged gifts are delivered to your nominated Singapore address, ready to hand out with no further preparation needed.
